About this app

The Safe Patient Handling (SPH) mobile medical application shall provide the ability to document each safety check or other nursing routines that are performed at multiple intervals to improve the ease and accuracy of charting (turning, toileting, restraints, safety rounds, etc.). This information shall be included with recording patient care. Improving progress notes to show that everything was completed may also be used to display nursing time and effort. These checks will be sent to a CPRS progress note through the VA Mobile Health Adapter at the end of a specified period of time.
