Our exclusive sense-and-do technology accurately measures your biosignals - your average heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV) and average breath rate - throughout the night, then automatically adjusts to your individual needs, designed to continuously improve your sleep over time. See a daily snapshot of factors that measure your sleep quality – duration, efficiency and timing. Developed by sleep science experts with insights into how each of us sleeps, it connects you with your best possible sleep, night after night and through every phase of life.

- Wake up to your SleepIQ score every morning and compare to your average to see if your sleep is improving.
- Circadian rhythm helps you get the most from every day. Your smart bed learns your sleep schedule over 7 days and shows you your ideal bedtime, wake time and more.
- See your average heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV) and breath rate.

HEALTH
- Research-grade sensors measure duration, efficiency, and timing for improved sleep health.
- See your personal sleep trends over time by day, week, month and year, plus personalized insights to help you achieve your best possible sleep.
- See a 30-day summary of your sleep health with actionable insights, and if you choose, share with your physicians to help provide a more holistic picture of your health.

SMART BED
- Take control of your sleep with smart bed control, including your Sleep Number setting, Responsive Air technology and FlexFit adjustable base to ensure you’re getting the best quality sleep.
- Senses your movement and adjusts your firmness for each of you for the highest quality sleep.
- Choose a SmartTemp program, scientifically shown to improve sleep quality, for effortless and individualized temperature to help you get more restful sleep. SmartTemp programs allow you to easily schedule different temperature settings throughout the night, as your needs change. Available on select models only.

PROFILE
- Personalized to you with access to rewards, partners, and sleep science research.
- Access your Sleep Number Rewards account to learn about sleep, refer friends, access exclusive benefits, earn free bedding and even shop Sleep Number products.
