About this app

AT&T Remote Support is a remote support app that enables you to securely share your screen with AT&T customer support agents in real-time. To launch a remote session, simply download the app and enter the 4-digit pin provided by the support rep.
This application uses Accessibility Services API to provide a rich customer experience by allowing the AT&T Customer Service agents to securely take control of your device to troubleshoot and educate on device related issues.
